I’m Romy Weiss is a Career Transition & Certified Professional Coach and serve as the CEO of NextSteps Coaching & Consulting LLC. I’m also the mom of three teenagers and live in Maine with my family.
I built my career in the professional space, until the day I was asked the question that would change my life. “What would you do if you won the mega-million dollar lottery. Would you go to work on Monday?” When I answered with an enthusiastic “No!” It set me out on a path of self-exploration and discovery at the age of 43.
I began my deep dive into the possibility of finding true fulfillment at work and the balance I was striving for with my family. During my own career transitions journey, I found professional coaching. Having a love for professional development I participated in the IFC’s accredited Coaches Training Institute's professional training program and certification.
I have now gone on to support men and women on their career transitions journey. I will meet you where ever you are and navigate you to your desired career success. My specialty is enabling, guiding and empowering adults who are at a career crossroads hoping to advance, change, return to and reinvent their careers thereby finding work/life balance.
