When can I start?
- That's completely up to you! You are in the driver's seat. Enroll in one of my signature coaching programs today and schedule your first session.
How much support will I get?
My coaching programs are set you to provide you as much (or as little) support as you feel you need. What does that mean, right?
- As we discussed, I offer four levels of support at NextSteps Coaching & Consulting LLC. You have the ability to meet with Romy, Your NextSteps Career & Leadership Certified Professional Coach, for 1:1 coaching anywhere from 1 to 3 times a month to having no personalized support and just taking my self-paced course.
- Everyone receives unlimited of access to a private membership site to keep all your trainings and documents in one organized place.
- All coaching packages (except the self-paced course) include: a shared google file for professional editing and additional support and access outside coaching sessions through Voxer office hours.
I’ve been unsuccessful with advancing my career, improving my communications, having a voice at the table and/or my the job search in the past, how will this be different?
- What makes it different is my strategic superpower! I will be by your side every step of the way. But my secret sauce (shh!) is that I provides the tools so that you are able to effectively and confidently communicate your value and professional story. How much time will this take?
- If you choose one of private coaching packages, it can take you anywhere from a few hours per month to a few hours per week. Again, you are in the driver's seat.
- If you choose the self-paced course, you can choose to move as quickly (or slowly) as you like. Each week there are a series of exercises to complete with supportive training videos. If you are moving consistently through the 14-week program, I would estimate that you need to allow for approximately 2 hours per week.
